Butter-Basted Lemon Garlic Lobster Tails
Ingredients:
4 lobster tails
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) or prepare a grill for medium heat.
Using kitchen shears, carefully cut down the top shell of the lobster tails and gently pull the meat up, placing it on top of the shell.
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Brush the lobster meat generously with the butter mixture.
Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet or directly on the grill.
Bake for 10-12 minutes (or grill for 6-8 minutes), until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
Garnish with fresh parsley and an extra drizzle of the butter mixture if desired. Serve immediately.
