Ingredients:
• 4 cups bread flour
• 1½ cups warm water
• 1 packet (2¼ tsp) active dry yeast
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tsp salt
Directions:
In a bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water and let it foam for 5 minutes. Add flour, olive oil, and salt, then mix until a sticky dough forms. Cover and let rise for 1–1½ hours until doubled. Turn dough onto a well-floured surface, gently shape into a rectangle, and cut into loaves. Place on a lined baking sheet, cover, and rest 30 minutes. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 20–25 minutes until golden and hollow-sounding. Cool before slicing.
