Herbal Detox Water Recipe (Inspired by the Image)
Ingredients:
1 handful of fresh green herbs
(such as parsley, mint, coriander, or a mix)
1 liter of water
1 tablespoon of lemon juice (optional)
1 teaspoon of grated ginger (optional)
Instructions:
Wash the herbs thoroughly to remove any dirt.
Boil 1 liter of water in a pot.
Add the herbs (and ginger if using) to the boiling water.
Let it simmer for 10 minutes until the water turns green.
Remove from heat and strain the mixture using a fine strainer, just like in the image.
Add lemon juice if you want extra flavor.
Let it cool slightly and drink 1 cup warm.
How to Drink:
You can drink 1 cup in the morning or anytime during the day.
Store the rest in the refrigerator and use within 24 hours.
