Ingredients:
- 1 pack of cheese ravioli (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (packed in oil, drained and chopped)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh basil or parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Cook the Ravioli: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the cheese ravioli according to the package instructions (usually around 4-5 minutes). Drain and set aside.

- Add Parmesan and Season: Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, dried basil, salt, and pepper. Continue to cook for 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes creamy.
