2 pounds beef stew meat or sirloin tips, cut into 1.5-inch chunks
1.5 pounds baby potatoes (halved if large)
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
5–6 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)

1. Prep the Garlic Butter Mixture:
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, rosemary, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
2. Assemble in the Slow Cooker:
Place the beef chunks and potatoes into the slow cooker. Pour the garlic butter mixture over everything and toss gently to coat.
3. Cook:
Low for 6–8 hours
High for 3.5–4.5 hours
Until beef is fork-tender and potatoes are soft.
4. Optional Step — Sear for Flavor:
If you want more flavor, you can sear the beef in a hot skillet before adding to the slow cooker. Totally optional but adds a deeper flavor.
5. Serve:
Spoon into bowls, drizzle any leftover garlic butter sauce from the cooker on top, and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
