- 300 g ground beef (or beef + pork mix)

- 1 carrot, grated
- 200 g cabbage, finely shredded

- Prepare the filling

- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, oil, and salt.
- Add flour and baking powder, mix until smooth.
- Assemble
- Grease a baking dish.
- Pour half the batter into the dish.
- Spread the meat and vegetable filling evenly.
- Pour the remaining batter on top to cover the filling.
- Bake
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 35–40 minutes,
until golden brown on top and firm inside.
