Garlic Parsley Crackers Recipe
Ingredients
- 20–25 plain crackers (salty or unsalted)
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1–2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp melted butter or oil
- 2 tbsp grated cheese (optional but recommended)
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
🧑🍳 Instructions
1. Prepare the coating
In a bowl, whisk together:
- Eggs
- Melted butter
- Parsley
- Garlic
- Cheese
- A pinch of salt & pepper
Mix well until smooth.
2. Coat the crackers
- Dip each cracker into the mixture, or
- Use a spoon/brush to coat the top of each cracker (as in the picture).
- Arrange the crackers on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
3. Bake
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the crackers are golden and crispy.
4. Cool & Serve
