Peach Crescent Roll Cobbler – Easy Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans crescent roll dough
  • 1 large can (≈800 g) peach slices drained (or 4–5 fresh peaches, sliced)
  • 225 g cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup (100 g) sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 2–3 tbsp sugar + 1 tsp cinnamon (optional for topping)
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions:

1. Prepare the filling

In a bowl, beat together:

  • Cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • Vanilla
  • Lemon juice

Beat until smooth and creamy.

2. Arrange the bottom layer

  • Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • Grease a rectangular baking pan.
  • Unroll 1 can of crescent dough in the bottom of the pan and gently press seams together.

3. Spread the filling

  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough.
  • Distribute peach slices on top.

4. Add the top layer

  • Unroll the second can of crescent dough.
  • Cut into random triangles (as in the picture) and place them decoratively on top, leaving gaps for the peaches to show.

5. Finish
