Ingredients

  • 2 pork tenderloins (or 1 pork loin, about 1–1.2 kg)
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Dijon or whole-grain mustard
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (or Worcestershire sauce)
  • 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp dried thyme (or oregano)
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt (adjust if using soy sauce)
