Mini Tuna Pizzas – Easy & Super Soft

📝 Ingredients

For the dough

  • 500 g flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp dry yeast
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 300 ml warm water (adjust as needed)

For the sauce

  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • Salt & pepper

Toppings

  • Shredded mozzarella
  • Canned tuna (drained)
  • Thinly sliced onions
  • Optional: sweet corn, olives

How to Make Them

1. Prepare the dough

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  2. Add oil and warm water gradually.
  3. Knead 7–10 minutes until smooth and soft.
  4. Cover and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

2. Prepare the sauce

Mix tomato sauce with olive oil, oregano, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

3. Shape the mini pizzas

  1. Once risen, divide the dough into small balls (size of a mandarin).
  2. Flatten each ball into a mini round pizza shape.
  3. Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

4. Assemble

  1. Spread tomato sauce on each mini pizza.
  2. Add mozzarella.
  3. Add tuna pieces.
  4. Finish with thin onion slices (like in the second photo).

5. Bake

  • Preheat oven to 200°C.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and melted.
