Ingredients:
- 1 cup dry green or brown lentils
- ½ cup water (more if needed)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
- Optional: 1 tsp garlic powder, oregano, or cumin for flavor
- Black sesame seeds (or regular sesame) for topping

Instructions:
1. Prepare the lentils:
- Rinse the lentils thoroughly and soak them in water for at least 3–4 hours (or overnight).
- Drain and rinse them again before blending.
2. Blend the dough:
- Place the soaked lentils into a blender or food processor.
- Add water, olive oil, salt, baking powder, and vinegar.
- Blend until smooth and thick (similar to dough consistency).
- If too thick, add a tablespoon of water at a time.
3. Shape the rolls:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
