Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbs (680 g) Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup breadcrumbs (panko recommended)
- ½ tsp paprika (optional)
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash, trim, and halve Brussels sprouts. Pat dry to remove moisture.
