Garlic Butter Beef Bites
📝 Ingredients
- 800 g beef steak (sirloin, ribeye, or chuck), cut into cubes
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4–5 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped

- Season the beef
Pat beef dry. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. - Sear the beef
Heat olive oil in a hot skillet (preferably cast iron).
Add beef cubes in a single layer and sear until browned on all sides. Do not overcrowd. - Add aromatics
Lower heat slightly. Add butter, garlic, and onion.
Stir gently until fragrant (about 1–2 minutes). - Flavor boost
Add soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce if using. Toss to coat. - Finish & garnish
Cook 1–2 minutes more until juicy and glossy.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.
