Garlic Butter Beef Bites

📝 Ingredients

  • 800 g beef steak (sirloin, ribeye, or chuck), cut into cubes
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4–5 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Season the beef
    Pat beef dry. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Sear the beef
    Heat olive oil in a hot skillet (preferably cast iron).
    Add beef cubes in a single layer and sear until browned on all sides. Do not overcrowd.
  3. Add aromatics
    Lower heat slightly. Add butter, garlic, and onion.
    Stir gently until fragrant (about 1–2 minutes).
  4. Flavor boost
    Add soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce if using. Toss to coat.
  5. Finish & garnish
    Cook 1–2 minutes more until juicy and glossy.
    Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.
