Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Sirloin steak cut into strips
 
- 2 tsp. Minced garlic
 - 2 Tbsp. Olive oil
 - ⅔ C. Hot water
 - 1 Beef bouillon cube
 - 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
 - 1 C. Chopped onion
 - 3 Tbsp. Soy sauce
 - 1 tsp. Brown sugar
 - 1 Can Diced tomatoes
 - 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
 - Pepper to taste
 - 2 Bell peppers sliced
 - Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat on the stove.
 
- Add the steak to the skillet, and saute until browned on the outside.
 - Place the bullion in the hot water and stir until dissolved.
 - Whisk the cornstarch into the water and bouillon mixture, and pour it into the crockpot.
 - Add the soy sauce, brown sugar, worcestershire sauce and brown sugar to the crockpot.
 - Pour the diced tomatoes and pepper to taste into the crockpot.
 - Mix the onions and browned beef into the crockpot, and stir to combine all of the ingredients well. Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6-7.
 - Add the sliced bell peppers and cook for an hour longer on either high or low before serving.
