  • 150 g cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or gouda – grated or sliced)
  • 1–2 tbsp butter or olive oil

  1. Heat a pan over medium heat.
  2. Place a tortilla flat and add:
    • A layer of cheese
    • Ham slices
    • Another layer of cheese (this helps seal the wrap)
  3. Roll tightly like a burrito, folding in the sides.
  4. Brush the outside lightly with butter or oil.
  5. Place seam-side down in the pan.
  6. Cook 2–3 minutes per side, pressing gently, until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove, rest 1 minute, then slice in half.
