🔸 Krep Ingredients:
- 250g all-purpose flour
- 30g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 500ml milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
🔸 Filling Ingredients:
- 400g apples, diced
- 50g butter
- 40g coarse sugar
- 50g walnuts (crushed)
🔸 Instructions:
- Prepare the Krep Batter:
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, eggs, milk, salt, and vanilla until smooth and well combined. Set aside.
- Prepare the Filling:
- In a pan, melt the butter and add the diced apples. Cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes.
- Add the coarse sugar and continue cooking until the apples soften and caramelize slightly.
- Add the crushed walnuts and stir to combine. Set the mixture aside to cool.
- Cook the Krep:
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour a small amount of the batter into the pan, tilting it to spread evenly.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes, then flip and cook the other side until lightly golden. Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Assemble:
- Place a spoonful of the apple and walnut filling on one half of the cooked krep.
- Fold the krep into a triangle or roll it up as desired.
- Serve:
