Clove Foot Soak Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2–3 tbsp whole cloves (or 1 tbsp ground cloves)

  • 6–8 cups hot water (comfortable temperature for soaking)
  • 1 tbsp Epsom salt (optional, helps soothe muscles)

Instructions

  1. Boil 2 cups of water, then add the cloves (and cinnamon if using). Let simmer for 5–7 minutes to release the aroma and beneficial oils.
  2. Strain the clove-infused water into a large basin or tub.
  3. Add the rest of the hot water to reach 6–8 cups total. Adjust the temperature to be warm but safe for soaking.
