8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 rolls)
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup granulated sugar (for coating)
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare Filling: In a medium bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Fill Rolls: Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles. Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture at the wide end of each triangle, then roll up tightly.
- Coat with Cinnamon Sugar: In a small bowl, combine the 1/2 cup sugar with cinnamon. Dip each rolled crescent in melted butter, then roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture until fully coated.
