Crispy Garlic Butter Chicken Thighs

INGREDIENTS (SERVES 4):

  • bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs (or boneless if preferred)
  • 3 tbsp butter, divided
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried thyme (or rosemary)
  • ½ tsp salt (or to taste)
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes(optional)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (optional, for serving)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Prep Chicken:
  • Pat thighs dry with paper towels (for crispier skin).
  • Season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
  1. Sear Until Crispy:
  • Heat olive oil + 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
