Cheesy Ham & Herb Biscuits

Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
¾ cup diced ham (or turkey)
2 tbsp chopped parsley or green onions
1 cup milk
¼ cup melted butter

 Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix:
Flour
Baking powder
Salt, pepper, garlic powder
Add:
Cheese
Diced ham
Parsley
Mix well.
Pour in:
Milk
Melted butter
Stir until a thick batter forms (don’t overmix).
Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the tray (like small mounds).
Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown on top.
Let cool slightly and enjoy warm

 Tips:
Add chili flakes if you like a little heat
Swap ham for chicken or vegetables
Brush tops with garlic butter after baking for extra flavor
