Best cake I’ve tasted so far. This recipe is so simple too! Need to make twice as much next time!

Ingredients:2 cups flour1 cup sugar1 cup mayo1 cup lukewarm water½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder2 teaspoons baking soda1 teaspoon vanilla extractSteps:Get that oven warm at 350°F (175°C) and give a casserole dish a good greasing.Mix together flour, sugar, baking soda, and cocoa in a bowl.Time to introduce the stars: vanilla, mayo, and lukewarm water. Stir them in until your batter is silky smooth.Off into the dish your batter goes!Bake until a toothpick’s grand entrance in the center comes out clean, about 30-35 minutes.Patience! Let it cool a tad in the dish, then shift it to a wire rack to cool down fully. To frost or not to frost? Your call!Optional Frosting (because who says no to more yumminess?):Ingredients:1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips1.25 cups sugar1/3 cup milk1/3 cup butter1 teaspoon vanillaHow-to:Mix milk, butter, and sugar in a saucepan and get it boiling for 45 seconds. Now, off the heat and in go the chocolate chips and vanilla. Stir till glossy and go wild with your cake!Happy baking, folks! Indulge and enjoy every chocolaty bite!
