Lemon Garlic Chicken (Ginger-Free)
A simple, flavorful recipe with no ginger at all.
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts (or thighs)
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp turmeric (optional)
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken
Mix lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, paprika, turmeric, salt, and pepper.
Coat chicken and let sit 15–30 minutes. - Cook
Heat a pan over medium heat.
Add chicken and cook 6–7 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked. - Finish
Pour remaining marinade into the pan and simmer 2 minutes. - Serve
Garnish with parsley. Pair with rice, potatoes, or salad.
