Ash’s Breakfast Skillet
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 6 slices of bacon
- 2 sausage patties (you can use any type of sausage you like)
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 large potatoes, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the bacon: Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Cook the sausage: Cook the sausage patties in the same skillet until browned and cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Cook the potatoes: Add the diced potatoes to the skillet and cook until they’re tender and lightly browned.
- Add the onion and garlic: Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent.
- Scramble the eggs: Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them together. Pour the eggs over the potatoes and onion mixture in the skillet. Scramble the eggs until they’re cooked through.
- Combine the ingredients: Add the cooked bacon and sausage back into the skillet and stir to combine.
- Season and serve: Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot, topped with shredded cheese if desired.
