- 2 steaks (ribeye, sirloin, or your favorite cut) – about 2–3 cm thick
- 1–2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- Fresh parsley (optional)
- 2 tbsp softened butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp chopped parsley
- Pinch of salt
- Pat steaks dry.
- Rub with olive oil.
- Season well with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Preheat to 200°C (400°F) for 3 minutes.
- Rare: 6–7 minutes (flip at 3 min)
- Medium: 8–10 minutes (flip at 5 min)
- Well done: 12–14 minutes
- Once the steaks are done, place a small spoon of garlic butter on each steak.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Don’t overcrowd the basket—air needs to circulate.
- Let the steaks come to room temperature before cooking.
- Use a thermometer if you want precision:
- Rare: 52°C
- Medium: 60°C
- Well done: 70°C
