Three-Cheese Cajun Chicken Linguine in Garlic Parmesan Cream

Creamy, cheesy, and packed with Cajun flavor – this pasta is comfort food at its finest! 🍝🔥

Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts (sliced thin)

2 tbsp Cajun seasoning

3 tbsp olive oil (or butter)

4 cloves garlic (minced)

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup chicken broth

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ cup shredded mozzarella

½ cup shredded cheddar

12 oz linguine pasta (cooked al dente)

Salt & black pepper (to taste)

Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Season chicken with Cajun spice. Heat oil in a skillet and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring well.
  3. Add Parmesan, mozzarella, and cheddar. Stir until melted into a creamy sauce.
  4. Toss in the cooked linguine and sliced chicken. Season with extra Cajun spice if you like it hotter.
  5. Garnish with parsley and a sprinkle of Parmesan.
