Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts (sliced thin)
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
3 tbsp olive oil (or butter)
4 cloves garlic (minced)
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup chicken broth
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella
½ cup shredded cheddar
12 oz linguine pasta (cooked al dente)
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Season chicken with Cajun spice. Heat oil in a skillet and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring well.
- Add Parmesan, mozzarella, and cheddar. Stir until melted into a creamy sauce.
- Toss in the cooked linguine and sliced chicken. Season with extra Cajun spice if you like it hotter.
- Garnish with parsley and a sprinkle of Parmesan.
