Clove Foot Soak Recipe
Ingredients

Instructions
- Boil 2 cups of water, then add the cloves (and cinnamon if using). Let simmer for 5β7 minutes to release the aroma and beneficial oils.
- Strain the clove-infused water into a large basin or tub.
- Add the rest of the hot water to reach 6β8 cups total. Adjust the temperature to be warm but safe for soaking.
