French Onion Beef and Noodles!

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound beef stew meat, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 can (10.5 ounces) French onion soup
3 cups beef broth
12 ounces egg noodles
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup French fried onions
Step-by-Step Cooking Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Beef
Heat the Oil: In a large skillet or Dutch oven, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat.
Season the Beef: Generously season the beef stew meat with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Brown the Beef: Add the beef to the skillet and sear on all sides for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
