Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar or lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Paprika (for topping)
Instructions
- Place the eggs in a pot and cover them with water. Bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, turn off the heat, cover, and let the eggs sit for 10–12 minutes.
- Transfer the eggs to cold water, then peel them.
- Slice the eggs in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl, then mash until smooth.
- Add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy.
- Spoon or pipe the filling back into the egg whites.
- Sprinkle paprika on top for a classic finishing touch.
