Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon whole cloves
- 1 tablespoon dried hibiscus flowers
- 1 small piece of fresh ginger (sliced)
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 cups of water
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- A slice of lemon (optional)
Preparation Method:
- Bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
- Add cloves, dried hibiscus flowers, ginger, and cinnamon stick to the boiling water.
- Reduce heat and let it simmer for 10–15 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and let it steep for another 5 minutes.
- Strain the mixture into a cup or jar.
- Add honey and lemon if desired.
- Serve warm or chilled.
How to Use:
- Drink 1 cup daily.
- Can be consumed warm or cold depending on preference.
