🛒 Ingredients
- 500 g chicken breast (cut into strips)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (or crushed cornflakes for extra crunch)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Oil for frying

1. Prepare the chicken
Cut chicken breasts into long strips. Pat dry with paper towels.
2. Season
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
3. Set up coating station
Prepare 3 bowls:
- Bowl 1: flour
- Bowl 2: beaten eggs
- Bowl 3: breadcrumbs or crushed cornflakes
4. Coat the chicken
Dip each strip:
- In flour
- Then in egg
- Finally in breadcrumbs
Press gently so the coating sticks well.
5. Fry
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Fry chicken strips for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
6. Drain
Remove and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
