Ginger, Onion & Honey Immunity Mix
This powerful homemade blend combines fresh ginger, onion, garlic, lemon juice, and honey into a natural wellness booster. It’s simple to prepare and often used as a soothing remedy during cold season or whenever you need extra immune support.
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped or grated
- 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced or grated
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 3–4 tablespoons raw honey
- In a clean bowl, combine the grated onion, ginger, and garlic.
- Add fresh lemon juice and mix well.
- Stir in the honey until everything is evenly coated.
- Transfer to a clean glass jar with a lid.
- Let it sit for at least 4–6 hours (or overnight) in the refrigerator to allow the flavors to blend.
Store in the fridge and use within 3–4 days.
