Balanced Prime Rib Power PlateIngredientsPrime Rib1 prime rib slice or roast portion (8–12 oz)1 tbsp olive oilSalt & black pepper1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp onion powder1 tsp dried thyme1 tsp paprika (optional)Sides (choose your balance)Roasted Potatoes:2 cups diced potatoes1 tbsp olive oilSalt, pepper, garlic powderGreen Beans or Veg of Choice:1 cup green beans (or broccoli/asparagus)1 tsp olive oilSalt & pepperOptional:¼ cup beef gravy or au jus⸻InstructionsSeason & Cook the Prime RibRub prime rib with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and paprika.Sear in a hot skillet for 2–3 minutes per side.Transfer to oven at 325°F (160°C) until warmed through or reaches your preferred doneness.Rest 10 minutes before slicing.Roast the PotatoesToss diced potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.Roast at 425°F (220°C) for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.Cook the VeggiesToss green beans with a little oil, salt & pepper.Roast for 10–12 minutes OR sauté for 5–6 minutes until tender-crisp.ServePlate your prime rib with roasted potatoes and veggies.Drizzle with gravy or au jus if desired.Balanced.
