Crispy Ham & Cheese Wraps
π Ingredients (2β3 wraps)
- 2β3 large flour tortillas
- 150β200 g ham (sliced)
- 150 g cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or gouda β grated or sliced)
- 1β2 tbsp butter or olive oil
- Optional: mustard, cream cheese, or a pinch of black pepper
π©βπ³ Instructions
- Heat a pan over medium heat.
- Place a tortilla flat and add:
- A layer of cheese
- Ham slices
- Another layer of cheese (this helps seal the wrap)
- Roll tightly like a burrito, folding in the sides.
- Brush the outside lightly with butter or oil.
- Place seam-side down in the pan.
- Cook 2β3 minutes per side, pressing gently, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove, rest 1 minute, then slice in half.
