Ingredients
For the Pork Loin
- 1 whole pork loin (1–1.5 kg)
- 2–3 tomatoes, sliced
- 2 onions, sliced
- 3–4 garlic cloves (optional)
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp black pepper

- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp thyme or rosemary
- 3 tbsp olive oil

- 1 large carrot, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 200 g mushrooms, sliced

- 3 cups chicken broth (or water + bouillon)

1. Prepare the Pork Loin
- Place the pork on a board.
- Make deep cuts across the loin (about 2–3 cm apart) without cutting all the way through.
- Rub the entire piece with:
