Banana-Chocolate Peanut Energy Bars

Here’s the recipe for the No-Bake Chocolate Oat Bar with Milka (or any milk chocolate) — rich, chewy, and super easy to make 🍫✨

Ingredients:

  • 250 g Milka chocolate (or any milk chocolate bar)
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 100 g butter (unsalted)
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: crushed nuts, banana slices, or caramel for filling

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the base:
    • In a saucepan, melt the butter, brown sugar, and honey over low heat.
    • Stir until smooth and slightly thickened (about 3–4 minutes).
    • Remove from heat and add the vanilla and rolled oats. Mix well to coat evenly.
  2. Assemble:
    • Line a rectangular mold or tray with parchment paper or plastic wrap.
    • Pour half of the oat mixture into the mold and press it down firmly.
    • Optionally, add a layer of sliced bananas, nuts, or caramel in the center.
    • Then place the Milka chocolate bar on top as shown in your photo.
    • Cover with the remaining oat mixture and press gently to shape it evenly.
  3. Chill:
    • Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours (until firm).
  4. Finish:
    • Once set, remove from the mold.
    • Drizzle melted chocolate over the top and sprinkle with crushed nuts or oats for decoration.
