Ingredients:

  • 12 large mushrooms, stems removed and cleaned
  • 1 chicken breast, cooked and finely chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
