Reese’s Peanut Butter Banana Bread

2–3 ripe bananas (mashed, about 1 cup)

1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

3/4 cup packed brown sugar

1 large egg, beaten

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon baking soda

Pinch of salt

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped

1/2 cup Reese’s Pieces (optional, for topping)

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Stir in melted butter and peanut butter.
  3. Whisk in brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Add baking soda and salt, then gently fold in the flour. Do not overmix.
  5. Fold in chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top. Sprinkle with Reese’s Pieces if desired.
  7. Bake for 55–65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean.
