Ash already on eggs, bacon and sausage

Ash’s Breakfast Skillet
Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 6 slices of bacon
  • 2 sausage patties (you can use any type of sausage you like)
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 large potatoes, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon: Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from heat and set aside.
  2. Cook the sausage: Cook the sausage patties in the same skillet until browned and cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. Cook the potatoes: Add the diced potatoes to the skillet and cook until they’re tender and lightly browned.
  4. Add the onion and garlic: Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent.
  5. Scramble the eggs: Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them together. Pour the eggs over the potatoes and onion mixture in the skillet. Scramble the eggs until they’re cooked through.
  6. Combine the ingredients: Add the cooked bacon and sausage back into the skillet and stir to combine.
  7. Season and serve: Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot, topped with shredded cheese if desired.
